No managed-service DPA is offered
Effective July 20, 2026
The current Harmony desktop application is local-first and does not provide a Harmony-hosted model or customer-data processing backend. Harmony therefore does not currently offer or execute a data processing agreement for the free desktop application.
The website processes only the limited information described in the privacy notice, such as messages you choose to send, update checks, bug reports, and consented analytics. It does not receive the prompts, model responses, or repository contents handled by the local application.
See the Privacy Notice. If a managed enterprise service is introduced later, a counsel-reviewed DPA and an accurate subprocessor and security schedule will be published before customer personal data is accepted for that service.
