Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated September 25, 2026

Draft pending counsel review. Verified operator identity, mailing address, and governing-law jurisdiction are not configured yet. This page describes how billing actually behaves; it is not legal advice.

What this covers

This policy covers the Harmony Pro subscription ($29 per month, or $288 per year). It restates the cancellation and refund rules in section 6 of the Harmony Cloud Terms; if the two ever disagree, the Cloud Terms govern. Harmony Core, the desktop application and terminal agent, is free and is never billed.

Renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, and the card on file is charged for the next period, until you cancel. Your renewal date is shown on your billing page.

If you started with a promotional free month, the first paid renewal is charged when that month ends unless you cancel before then. The billing page shows the date of that first charge whenever it can be determined.

How to cancel

  • Cancel at any time from your billing page (“Cancel at the end of this period”), or from the Stripe billing portal linked there.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access, including your remaining included hours, until then.
  • You can reverse a cancellation any time before it takes effect.
  • After the subscription ends your workspaces are kept for 30 days so you can export them, and then deleted.

Switching between monthly and annual

You can move between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked on your billing page. The change takes effect immediately and a new billing period starts that day. Stripe credits the unused part of your current period against the new price; any credit left over is applied to future invoices, not refunded to your card.

What is not refunded

  • The unused part of a period is not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current month or, on the annual plan, the remaining months of the year.
  • Unused included hours do not roll over and are not refunded.
  • The free trial (5 Agent Hours) collects no payment method and is never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

What is refunded or credited

  • Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded on request. Email brian@ideharmony.com from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge.
  • If we fail to deliver, because a workspace does not start or an outage on our side loses hours, we credit those hours without being asked.
  • Exceptional refund requests can be sent to the same address and are considered case by case.

Disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, contact brian@ideharmony.com first: a billing error can be refunded directly, which is faster than a card dispute. You keep any right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
