Type / in the composer to open the command list. Commands are the only way to change mode, switch route, or reach an overlay without leaving the keyboard.

`/agent-budgets`	agent	Open the agent-budget inspector. This is not the fleet roster (Alt+A / /agents): it is the lease, remaining delegation budget, and whether a child left completion evidence. `/budget` remains usage projections.
`/agents`	agent	Show the fleet roster for the current session. Worktree leases and delegation budgets live on /agent-budgets (Alt+B), not here.
`/ask`	agent	Pose a question to a specific agent without delegating a task.
`/attention`	agent	Show pending attention from the daemon (nala.escalation.pendingForHuman) grouped by category with counts.
`/channels`	agent	Show A2A channels from the daemon (a2a.channel.list) with ids and membership.
`/conductor`	agent	Measured leader controls: status, reassign, falsify, route, reconcile, gate, or resume. Fleet truth always comes from GHOST-8 stamps via M89-1 decideWorkerActivityBelief (never screen scrape).
`/delegate`	agent	Create a delegation edge assigning a task to another agent.
`/diff`	agent	Display the uncommitted diff for the current worktree: stat summary then the patch (first 400 lines, path-redacted, colored +/-). Reads local git read-only — the daemon worktree.diff RPC does not exist yet; when it lands, this switches loaders.
`/inbox`	agent	Unified attention inbox: approvals, A2A asks, failures, verification (Ctrl+I also opens it).
`/orchestrate`	agent	Open the Harmony Agent orchestrator for a goal: propose steps, choose a model per step WITH a plain-language reason and evidence, show projected cost and billing route before consent (blocks if unknown), then run under one scoped consent. Optional path — Pro manual workflow remains first-class. Forms: /orchestrate , /orchestrate (help). Aliases: /orch, /plan-goal.
`/pause`	agent	Pause one daemon scheduler run by durable run id.
`/replan`	agent	Insert a fresh planning workflow chip for the current objective — the new plan is editable before sending.
`/send`	agent	Address a message to a specific agent in a multi-agent session.
`/worktree`	agent	Show worktrees from the daemon (nala.worktree.list) with lease holder and status. /worktree status shows the current workspace git state (nala.worktree.status). Creation and teardown are daemon-governed operations performed in Desktop.
`/cache`	context	Show the active cache epoch, why the last invalidation happened, and whether the immutable prefix should hit. `/cache why` prints the spend class (hit vs billed rebuild) from the event log.
`/compact`	context	Summarize and compact the current conversation context to reclaim token budget.
`/context`	context	Open the context inspector. `/context why <claim>` attributes a belief to evidence, `/context --json` prints the shared view model, and `/context report` prints the token-category breakdown. Token budget is unknown unless the daemon reports it.
`/evidence`	context	Done is a protocol: claim, evidence, verdict. This panel refuses to treat an agent saying "done" as verified.
`/memory`	context	Open the memory inspector. Durable memories require evidence; stale file-bound facts are demoted rather than silently trusted. `/memory forget <id>` deletes via nala.memory.delete; `/memory reverify` expires stale records via nala.memory.expireStale.
`/trace`	context	Would inspect the orchestration trace. This host has no trace overlay; the command refuses instead of printing a milestone id.
`/turn`	context	Open the last-turn inspector. Values the runtime did not report stay unknown; TTFT names whether assistant text or a model tool request stopped the clock.
`/clear`	navigation	Clear the visible terminal buffer (does not delete session history).
`/desktop`	navigation	Open (or focus) Harmony Desktop on this directory while the agent keeps running here — for going from the terminal harness to the full multi-pane experience mid-task. Nothing is detached, cancelled, or restarted, and an in-flight turn continues. Prints the deep links for attaching this exact session on the other side. Safe to run twice: an already-open app is focused, not launched again.
`/search`	navigation	Open the transcript search overlay: results carry section and turn attribution with the query highlighted in the transcript; up/down cycle matches; Enter jumps exactly to the selected match. Covers message text, tools, files, and errors. Ctrl+F also opens it.
`/account`	provider	Authentication state from cached/single-flight provider probes — verified fields only.
`/budget`	provider	Usage and budget truth from nala.ops.usage projections. Unknown values are shown as unknown — never estimated.
`/effort`	provider	Reasoning effort lives on the launch profile. Shows the resolved profile for a provider (or the session provider) with its effort/model when reported.
`/login`	provider	NA-23: store an API key or complete OAuth into Harmony app data, then bind a model in-place — no tab close, no desktop relaunch. Host-executed in the TUI. Harmony Agent never harvests keys from unrelated tools.
`/model`	provider	NA-6/NA-23: list models available with first-party credentials and select one into the bound agent runtime (/model /). Host-executed in the TUI; does not require a desktop relaunch.
`/profile`	provider	Show launch profiles from the daemon (nala.launch.profiles): profile id, route, model, permission policy, and which provider uses each by default. Profile changes are made in Desktop or via nala.launch.profile.upsert.
`/provider`	provider	List providers or preview the verified route for a new provider launch. The bound Harmony Agent runtime is never changed cosmetically.
`/route`	provider	Resolve the session provider route via nala.launch.resolve — the same decision the daemon makes.
`/why`	provider	Show the source-backed reason for the current execution route: the resolved launch plan (route, profile, wrapped style, health), whether a route choice is required, and the alternatives that were available. Uses nala.launch.resolve — the same decision the daemon makes — never inferred state.
`/changes`	review	Display a summary of dirty files, uncommitted changes, and branch status.
`/falsify`	review	Insert a workflow that reverses the claimed mutation, proves RED, restores it, and proves GREEN before acceptance.
`/implement`	review	Insert the implementation workflow contract into the composer as an editable chip (NTUI1-045): follow the plan, minimal change, focused verification.
`/messages`	review	Display agent-to-agent messages, sender identity, causality, and reply targets.
`/review`	review	Insert the review workflow contract into the composer as an editable chip (NTUI1-045): correctness, risk, regressions, security, and coverage with file:line evidence. Edit it, then Enter to send. /review diff\|file\|commit sets the target.
`/test`	review	Insert the test workflow contract into the composer as an editable chip (NTUI1-045): focused subset, exit codes, failure diagnosis with evidence, minimal proposed fixes. /test sets the scope.
`/tests`	review	Display test results, exit codes, and evidence tied to the current task.
`/verify`	review	Insert the verification workflow contract into the composer as an editable chip (NTUI1-045): independent end-to-end verification with commands, outputs, and states checked; verified only with evidence. /verify sets the claim.
`/aside`	session	Ask a question in an ephemeral session that sees the main session context but uses no tools and never alters the main conversation (NTUI1-030). Works while the main turn runs. The answer can be promoted into the main thread explicitly. Alias: /btw.
`/attach`	session	Attach this client to an existing session by id.
`/btw`	session	See /aside.
`/checkpoints`	session	List durable session checkpoints (pause snapshots) with provider, pause mode, transcript cursor, task phase, and worktree state. /checkpoints preview shows the full checkpoint contents. Restore with /rewind .
`/come`	session	Resume the current or most recent paused session. Alias of /resume.
`/detach`	session	Detach this client from the current session without stopping it.
`/mode`	session	Change the execution mode for the current session.
`/new`	session	Structured Harmony Agent session create is unavailable until a supervised Pi SDK AgentSession is proven (Prompt 0J). Use a certified direct-PTY provider launch for live agents.
`/recap`	session	Summarize the current session from the typed event stream: turns, tool usage, files changed, approvals, errors, artifacts, A2A, time span, and the last assistant line. Purely factual — never generated by a model.
`/resume`	session	Resume the most recent paused session, or a specific session by id.
`/rewind`	session	Read and validate a durable checkpoint before any mutation. /rewind previews the exact record; /rewind --confirm calls nala.session.resume and reports success only when the daemon echoes that checkpoint id with newState=active.
`/session`	session	Browse, search, and switch between Harmony Agent sessions. Opens the session picker overlay; see /resume for direct resume by id.
`/sessions`	session	List sessions from the daemon with state, provider, title, and lineage. Missing parent/root facts render as lineage UNKNOWN; list order is never treated as ancestry. /sessions filters the durable projection.
`/stay`	session	Gracefully pause the current Harmony Agent session. Stops new turns, persists a checkpoint, and transitions to paused state. The provider must never receive /stay as a prompt unless escaped.
`/stop`	session	Cancel the in-flight agent turn for the current session.
`/keymap`	settings	Show the effective keymap (builtin + user layers), detect conflicts and dangling bindings, and manage user overrides: /keymap bind , /keymap unbind , /keymap reset, /keymap export. Targets are slash commands (/theme) or app actions (app.palette, app.fleet, Alt+C/K/M/E/S/B inspectors, …). User bindings shadow builtins.
`/permissions`	settings	Show current permission grants and pending approval requests.
`/statusline`	settings	Show the active status-line modules, or set them: /statusline set activity,mode,model,context. Modules: activity, mode, workspace, branch, task, provider, account, model, effort, billing, permission, sandbox, context, cost, agents, attention, connection.
`/theme`	settings	Theme gallery and control. Forms: /theme (gallery of all themes, each rendered in its own palette), /theme or /theme set (select a theme, persisted to general.theme), /theme preview (live preview without committing), /theme commit \| /theme cancel (keep or revert a preview), /theme lint (WCAG contrast diagnostics). Themes: nala-obsidian, nala-paper, nala-hc-dark, nala-hc-light, terminal-native, monochrome.
`/usage`	settings	Would show token / cost usage. This host has no usage overlay; the command refuses instead of printing a milestone id.
`/worklog`	settings	Select presentation density over the same retained typed-event evidence. Use /worklog compact, /worklog balanced, or /worklog detailed.
`/auth`	system	List every registered auth route: billing source, credential owner, and whether it is enabled. Claude.ai subscription OAuth is blocked; BYOK API keys and first-party runtime handoff are not.
`/banner`	system	Re-display the Harmony wordmark, or toggle banner display on startup. Use /banner on or /banner off to change the startup setting.
`/debug`	system	Assemble a support bundle (inspect report, doctor sweep) with secret redaction applied. Transcript is omitted unless --include-transcript. The redaction count and sections are shown before anything is exported. /debug write [--overwrite] [--include-transcript] writes the bundle to a safe text file after showing the summary.
`/doctor`	system	Run an actionable diagnostic sweep: terminal capabilities, theme contrast, keymap conflicts, command registry, brand integrity, and daemon connection. Every failing check prints its exact remediation.
`/help`	system	Display the list of slash commands grouped by category, or detailed help for a single command when given an argument.
`/inspect`	system	Show exactly what is running and why: Harmony/Pi/Node versions, daemon handshake, workspace and provider, active theme and its source, command registry stats, declared keybindings and conflicts, terminal capabilities, and brand integrity hashes. /inspect json emits the machine-readable form of the same report.
`/quit`	system	Detach all sessions and exit the Harmony TUI or Desktop application.
`/settings`	system	Inspect and modify Harmony settings. Forms: /settings (list all categories with current values), /settings (show value and description), /settings (set a value), /settings reset (reset one setting to default), /settings reset --all (reset all settings to defaults). Alias: /set.
`/update`	system	Check the release channel for a newer Harmony and report current version, latest version, channel and platform. `/update install` downloads and launches the verified native installer — the running session is not interrupted, but you must restart to run the new version. Same runner as `harmony update` in a shell; the CLI is the source of truth.
`/artifact`	task	List artifacts produced in the current session and export or open them.
`/artifacts`	task	Artifact browser. Forms: /artifacts (list with version and status), /artifacts inspect (title, version, hash, content preview), /artifacts compare (provenance: version lineage with actors and timestamps — prior bodies are not retained by the store, only version counters and content hashes).
`/background`	task	Tasks currently running in the background from nala.task.list.
`/export`	task	Request the current session transcript from the daemon and show its verified format, event count, byte count, and bounded preview. The default command does not claim that a file or clipboard write occurred.
`/finish`	task	Ask the daemon verification gate whether a task can complete, then perform the canonical task transition. Usage: /finish .
`/plan`	task	Insert the planning workflow contract into the composer as an editable chip (NTUI1-045): objective, scope boundaries, steps with verification, risks, and a review checkpoint before implementation. Edit it, then Enter to send. /plan sets the objective.
`/task`	task	Manage tasks within the current workspace.
`/tasks`	task	List all tasks in the current workspace. Alias for /task with the list action.
`/extensions`	tools	Would list extensions. This host has no extensions overlay; the command refuses instead of printing a milestone id.
`/mcp`	tools	Would inspect MCP servers and tools. This host has no MCP overlay; the command refuses instead of printing a milestone id.
`/plugins`	tools	Package manager with visible trust and code-execution implications. Forms: /plugins (list installed packages with trust class and state), /plugins inspect (capabilities, network, scripts, native binaries, signature, hash), /plugins enable\|disable , /plugins quarantine (list quarantined packages).
`/sandbox`	tools	Open the sandbox inspector. Each axis (filesystem, process, network, secrets, desktop, browser, git) is graded FULL / PARTIAL / NONE against what this host can actually hold — a refused axis is not assumed safe.
`/skills`	tools	Skill manager. Forms: /skills (list daemon-registered and filesystem-discovered skills with source and state), /skills search , /skills inspect (metadata only), /skills invoke (loads instructions), /skills enable\|disable (daemon skills only). File skills come from `.nala/skills` (user and project scopes).
`/tools`	tools	Alias for /mcp. This host has no MCP overlay.
`/bark`	voice	Submit a prompt and get a short plain-English spoken summary when the agent finishes. Audio is pre-synthesized so it is ready at the end of the run; press Enter to play. Forms: /bark , or include /bark anywhere in a normal prompt. Brief 2–3 sentence conversational style.
`/play-back`	voice	Would play back clips from the session audio library. No playback engine or clip store is attached to this host, so the control verbs report that instead of claiming the deed (E08-002). Clips live in the desktop read-aloud session that made them. Forms: /play-back [last \| \| pause \| resume \| stop \| list \| delete \| clear --session]. Aliases: /pb, /playback.
`/read-aloud`	voice	Submit a prompt and read a spoken summary aloud, or control the read-aloud session mode. Forms: /read-aloud , /read-aloud on, /read-aloud off, /read-aloud status, /read-aloud (bare = help). Aliases: /ra.
`/speak`	voice	Control spoken output of agent responses. Subcommands: on (enable TTS), off (disable TTS), last (speak last response), stop (stop current speech).
`/voice`	voice	Control microphone voice input. Subcommands: start (begin dictation), stop (end dictation), cancel (abort), settings (open voice settings).
